The Mtenzi Awards was created to honor and motivate Visual and performing Artists to use their Artistry as a form of Community awareness and community cultural advocate.
RULES & REGULATIONS: Community service & great artistry ethics must be displayed for any artist to be considered for nomination! All nominations will be evaluated before being placed on the ballot. The Mtenzi Award's Committee has the right to reject any nominees that fail to represent positive community building and the brand of The Mtenzi Awards!
The Mtenzi Awards was founded in 2009 & produced in 2013 by Stanley Campbell aka Cam Mtenzi.
MTenzi is Swahili for the words “Artist/Artistry” ... The Mtenzi Awards honors and recognizes the artistic and creative visual and performing artists that use their talents as a platform for activism and community upliftment!
